Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Identify and engage potential clients through calls, site visits, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings with prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate and close sales/rental deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Property Sourcing

  • Actively source new property listings from builders, developers, brokers, and direct owners.
  • Build a robust inventory of properties aligned with market demand.
  • Negotiate listing agreements, commissions, and exclusivity terms with property owners.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties with accurate details and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and identify high-potential locations and projects.
