As a Real Estate Sales Executive at our company, your role involves building strong relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities include: - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary advisor for clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships. - Property Promotion & Sales: Present properties from our developers and successfully close deals. - Site Visits: Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive insights to clients. - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently. - Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities. - Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the sales process. Your skills should include strong communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales (channel partner experience is a plus). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Understanding of the local real estate market. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and morning shifts. The work location is in person.
