Key Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and targets Team Coordination & Motivation: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations, and motivate them to achieve their sales targets Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including Indiamart, and distribute them to the sales team for follow-up CRM & Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Client & Team Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and support Sales Process Optimization: Assist in refining sales processes to improve efficiency and results Sales Support: Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales documentation for clients Customer Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries and follow up on outstanding leads or issues GAC Work: Manage and support GAC (Global Account Coordinator) work related to Indiamart and other platformsPreferred Candidate Profile:We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to motivate and support a sales team. The ideal candidate should have:Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales softwareExperience working with Indiamart and other B2B sales platformsAbility to generate leads, allocate them efficiently, and track their progressStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departmentsA results-driven mindset with the ability to help the team hit targetsExperience in managing and analyzing sales reportsDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
