Job Description

Sales Coordination & Support:

Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and act as a central point of communication between management and field staff.
Prepare, track, and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of sales reports, targets, and performance data.
Maintain up-to-date records of sales transactions and client communications.

Distributor & Channel Management:

Manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply chain and sales operations.
Monitor distributor stock levels, orders, and payments.
Coordinate pricing updates, schemes, and product availability.
Support onboarding and documentation for new distributors or partners.

Travel & Expense Management:

Verify, compile, and process travel expense claims and reimbursement bills for the sales team.
Ensure travel policies and expense documentation are followed accurately.
Maintain records of sales team travel schedules, claims, and approvals.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales performance, distributor sales, and collection status.
Analyze sales trends, distributor performance, and territory-wise growth.
Provide timely insights to management for decision-making.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

Coordinate internal meetings, sales reviews, and communication between departments.
Support in planning promotional activities, events, and dealer meets.
Ensure smooth back-office operations and assist in resolving field team queries.
