Demand Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for demand planning and inventory management for footwear (across all brands & categories) 2. Weekly and Monthly Sales review, returns and track key article type and repeats performances on a regular basis. 3. Assortment Planning and Sales analysis for each category. 4. OTB management 5. Responsible for key planning metrics like- Stock cover, Inventory days 6. Work with cross functional teams (product, sales, Planning and marketing) to drive bigger strategic projects and initiatives 7. Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates. 8. Put together excel models for business scenario analysis Skill Set required Art of persuasion The ability to influence and convince others is one of the measures of the success in accountability. Planning and execution Process of thinking about and organizing the activities required to achieve a desired goal. SAP / Technology / ERP / IT Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Pivot Table V/H look ups, Word, Power Point) Good Knowledge of ERP related to SCM function, and SAP 4 HANA is preferable Knowledge of BI tools/statistics Preferred candidate profile Team HR 9327956606
