Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate leads through

    calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, Justdial, Google Maps, Indiamart, and business directories

    .
  • Understand client requirements over phone/online meetings and explain our services clearly.
  • Prepare and share

    quotations, proposals, presentations, and brochures

    digitally.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams for project execution and artwork approvals.
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to build long-term relationships.
  • Handle

    payment follow-ups

    and maintain proper documentation and CRM records.
  • Share

    daily activity reports

    including leads contacted, conversions, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Work closely with management to plan

    monthly sales goals and promotional strategies

    .
  • Ensure

    high responsiveness

    to client queries and provide a smooth communication experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have

    strong communication skills

    in Hindi and basic English to speak professionally with clients.
  • Comfortable with

    calling, WhatsApp communication, email follow-ups, and online client coordination

    .
  • Must be

    confident, polite, and good at explaining services

    with clarity.
  • Should have

    basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

    for maintaining lead and follow-up records.
  • Prior experience in

    tele-calling / inside sales / client coordination

    will be preferred (not mandatory for self-driven freshers).
  • Must be

    good at following-up

    consistently until lead closure.
  • Should be

    organized, disciplined, and responsible

    in handling daily tasks.
  • Comfortable working with business directories, LinkedIn, Justdial, Google Maps, Indiamart, etc. to identify prospects.
  • Ability to

    handle pressure and meet monthly sales targets

    professionally.
  • Candidate should be

    self-motivated, positive-minded, and eager to grow

    with the company.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from

    Advertising / Media / Printing / Marketing

    background (not compulsory).
