Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and supporting business growth through effective sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms
• Communicate with domestic and international clients professionally
• Understand client requirements and explain company services accordingly
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of sales / client handling
• Confident on calls and client interaction
• Familiar with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM (basic level)
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Inside Sales / BDE / Telecalling
• Education: Graduate (any stream)
• Preferred: Female candidates
• Office-based role (not a field job)
