Job Summary:

We are hiring a Female Customer Relationship Executive who can manage inbound/outbound calls, follow-up with clients, maintain CRM records, and ensure excellent customer support.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
• Schedule follow-up calls to convert leads
• Maintain customer data and update CRM
• Share daily reports with the team lead
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work closely with the internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Only Female candidates
• Freshers welcome with good communication skills
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support
• Strong spoken communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi )
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to handle calls professionally
