Job Title:- Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Shift Timing:- 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Job Type- Full-time (Work From Office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Night Shift) to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will handle international clients, generate leads, communicate professionally through calls/emails, and support the sales pipeline.
Candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for business growth are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
• Generate leads via email outreach, cold calling & social media
• Build strong relationships with international clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up on leads and convert them into opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
• Previous experience in BDE, international calling, or IT sales is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a night shift
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or email marketing
• Confident, energetic and target-driven personality
• Good understanding of IT services (preferred, not mandatory)
