Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors (Inside Sales) / Business Development Executives for a leading organization in the online higher education space. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, counselling, and helping students make informed career decisions.

Location: Noida (Sector 16)

Salary-Up to 4.9 LPA CTC + Incentives

Other corporate benefits

Working Days: 6 Days and Sunday fixed off.

Graduate with minimum 6 months into any sales (Inside sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding suitable long-term academic programs.
• Understand student needs and recommend the right course based on their career goals .
• Manage the end-to-end admission process, from enquiry to enrolment .
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and deadline management .
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students
  

Skills & Competencies-

• Strong ability to empathize with students and parents
• Proven capability to convert leads into admissions
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline or 12th+ 3 yrs Diploma (mandatory)
• Experience in inside sales, education counselling, or retail sales is preferred
