Job Description

As the Sales Leader for Black Box's Products division in the Asia-Pacific region, your primary responsibility will be to drive the sales organization to achieve revenue and gross margin targets. You will develop strategies, lead efforts, and maintain partnerships with various functional areas to ensure sales goals are met. Your role will involve working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and other teams to drive growth in specific market segments such as KVM, Audio/Visual, Networking, Infrastructure, and IoT Solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a model for sustainable revenue growth, supporting high double-digit growth year-over-year. - Build and execute sales strategy, identify new opportunities, and communicate organizational vision to enhance current success. - Establish and nurture distributor/channel partner relationships to increase sales volumes. - Set short-term and long-term sales goals, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met. - Understand the competitive landscape, develop strategies to maintain market leadership, and translate client needs into Black Box solutions. - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, aligning them with strategic objectives and fostering a positive work environment. - Identify and forecast sales opportunities, communicate effectively across teams, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership. - Develop a team of hunters to acquire new customers and upsell existing ones, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Outstanding organizational leadership and communication skills. - Proven success in driving organizational change and implementing Channel Programs. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with a focus on hunting and farming approaches. - Knowledge of company products, industry trends, and financial analysis. - Ability to multitask, understand customer buying processes, and build CXO level relationships. - Experience in sales team management, financial planning, and sales program implementation. - Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.com. Education/Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience managing large sales teams in multiple geographies. - Experience in Control Room and Command Center markets is highly desirable. - Track record of consistent revenue growth and team leadership. - Experience in India and Asia-Pacific markets. - Willingness to travel 50%+, including international travel. In this role, you will lead global sales teams consisting of various departments such as outside sales, inside sales, sales engineers, technical support, sales operations, and customer service.,
