Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Schbangs SaaS team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our SaaS products by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales. Your role will be client-facing and target-driven, requiring strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, and a passion for delivering value to our customers. - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in need of SaaS solutions. Build a pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Understand their business needs and recommend the right SaaS solutions to solve their pain points. - Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business. - Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in the SaaS industry, including competitor offerings and market needs. Provide insights to the team for continuous improvement. - Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date for effective follow-up and reporting. - Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing regular updates to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (2-4 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the SaaS industry or a related tech field. - Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, industry trends, and the sales process. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage C-level executives. - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth. - Highly motivated, self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
