Derive insurance business from assigned relationship/channel partners in an area or zone by convincing the relationship so they can convince their customers to invest in Our Client s insurance products. Ensure all pre- and post-sales support and services are provided to the relationship as well as to clients, along with the team dedicated to the relationship. Ensure not only achievement of the target but also consistent growth in business every quarter.
Employee will be mapped to the respective bank branches based on the geography assigned.
Prime responsibility is to generate insurance business through bank branch walk-in customers and leads generated by branch staff.
Generate business only for the assigned branch in the assigned geography through new or existing customers.
Provide support to branch profitability by selling Our Client s insurance products through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned, including:

FYP
Persistency
Customer complaints
Responsible for resolving customer complaints within the specified TAT and ensuring quality customer service is delivered.
Drive penetration of life insurance to existing and new customers.
Build smooth, professional relationships with the respective branch manager and branch employees.
In the open architecture scenario, it is essential to build a strong relationship with banca partners.
Handle bank customers requirements with the best services and product range.
Equip oneself with insurance and bank product knowledge.
Manage the relationship at all levels to achieve the desired outputs.
Communicate any product changes, process changes, or changes in any rules and regulations (internal/IRDA) to banca partners with the help of different training modules.
Support in actual sales and service aspects, including sales calls, issuance, and complaint handling.
