Job Summary: As a Visual Merchandiser – Trainee, you will support the Visual Merchandising team in executing the brand’s in-store display strategies. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for design and an interest in fashion retail—especially Indian ethnic wear. You will learn the fundamentals of visual storytelling, space planning, and merchandising guidelines while working hands-on in stores and during seasonal campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in setting up window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store VM installations based on seasonal themes and promotions. • Support the Store team in implementing planograms and store layout changes. • Participate in store visits to ensure visual standards are consistently executed across locations. • Coordinate with store staff for timely execution of VM elements and monitor stock presentation. • Help with sourcing materials and preparing VM props or signage. • Capture and report visual displays through photographs and documentation. • Provide feedback on competitor displays and market trends. • Maintain VM inventory and tools in an organized manner. • Assist in training store teams on visual merchandising standards as required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field. • Strong interest in fashion retail, with a preference for Indian ethnic wear. • Willingness to travel to different store locations. • Flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn with a hands-on approach. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
