Required minimum 6 months experience as a Sales Executive in any retail apparel/clothing stores To communicate to the management about the customer request To maintain the mannequins display with the matching color’s cash counter to be maintained The feedback book and proper contact numbers emails ID of customer to be maintained stock management / arrangement physical and system records Follows the instructions given from the Head Office like not use mobile, to attend the training, to shift the work location attention towards customers, presentable Greeting the customer cheerful and friendly approach towards customers Speaking skill, tone of voice Listening skills and product knowledge Motivation to be proved by the store manager. To improve the customer service and create walk in Mirrors and trail room and fazed glass to be maintained clean The FCs are dressed up professionally without anklet’s or flowers. FCs should understand their responsibility during emergency. Communication, team work, hard work, positive attitude towards customer, confidence in handling the customer, work towards customer satisfaction. Work towards reach the targets, arranging the stock, analytic skill. Attendance, punctuality, body language, Willingness or commitment towards the work. Convincing the customer to convert sales by guiding on product selection, Closing conversation with the customers, Sale generation.
