Role & Responsibilities

• Drive

  retail sales

  by achieving individual and store-level sales targets.
• Attend to

  walk-in customers

  at the store, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery products aligned with Akoirah’s design philosophy.
• Provide detailed information on

  product features, purity, pricing, and offers

  , ensuring transparency and customer trust.
• Deliver a

  premium in-store experience

  , from greeting customers to post-sale support.
• Build and maintain long-term

  customer relationships

  to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Maintain accurate

  customer and sales records

  in CRM / sales tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, inventory, custom orders, and after-sales service.
  
• Follow all

  store SOPs, brand guidelines, and ethical sales practices

  .
• Support store opening activities, visual merchandising, promotions, and in-store events as required.
  

Key Requirements

• Experience in

  retail sales

  , preferably in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  with a customer-first mindset.
• Target-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  
• Basic knowledge of

  billing systems, CRM tools, or MS Excel

  is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work as per

  retail store timings

  , including weekends and holidays.

Qualification

• Graduate preferred; relevant retail sales experience will be considered.
