Role Overview

We are looking for a presentable, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery Store at Vashi Inorbit Mall. The role involves handling walk-in customers, driving store sales, educating customers about lab grown diamonds, and delivering a premium jewellery-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery designs
• Clearly explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of lab grown diamonds compared to natural diamonds
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately
• Maintain proper product display, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Collect and update customer details for CRM and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock movement and reporting
• Follow store SOPs, pricing policies, and compliance guidelines at all times
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium product sales
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality
• Basic understanding of jewellery, diamonds, or luxury retail (training will be provided for lab grown diamonds)
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays (mall retail schedule)
• Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience in diamond, gold, or lifestyle luxury retail
• Knowledge of POS systems and billing software
• Ability to explain product certifications and quality parameters
• Team player with a positive attitude and sales-driven approach

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
