Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with HO/brand teams for stock replenishment, promotions, and reporting. Customer Experience Deliver a superior customer experience by ensuring service standards are consistently met. Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints promptly. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through relationship management. Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise store staff. Drive team motivation, performance, and professional development. Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards Ensure store displays are aligned with brand guidelines. Execute seasonal and promotional VM changes as per brand directives. Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and overall presentation. Reporting & Analysis Track and analyze sales performance and inventory movement. Submit periodic MIS reports to management. Provide inputs for local marketing and promotional activities. Regular Reporting & Analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. Tracking and analyzing sales performance and inventory movement, submitting periodic management information system (MIS) reports, and providing insights for local marketing and promotional activities will be essential to drive the store's success. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in-person.
