Retail Store Manager - Allen Solly

Retail Store Manager will be the driving force behind the success of our store. You will lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Performance
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor store KPIs including footfall, conversion, and average bill value.
• Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Store Operations
• Oversee day-to-day store activities including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with HO/brand teams for stock replenishment, promotions, and reporting.
• Customer Experience
• Deliver a superior customer experience by ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through relationship management.
• Team Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Drive team motivation, performance, and professional development.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
• Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
• Ensure store displays are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Execute seasonal and promotional VM changes as per brand directives.
• Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and overall presentation.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Track and analyze sales performance and inventory movement.
• Submit periodic MIS reports to management.
• Provide inputs for local marketing and promotional activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
