Retail Sales Executive

As a Retail Sales Executive, your role involves promoting and selling bakery/FMCG products at various retail outlets. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing product placement, and fostering strong relationships with retail partners. Key Responsibilities: - Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and departmental stores to promote and sell bakery/FMCG products. - Build and maintain relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing staff. - Execute promotional campaigns, in-store tastings, and other marketing activities. - Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager. - Monitor competitor activities and report market trends. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG or bakery products. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing abilities. - Familiarity with the local retail market and customer behavior. - Basic knowledge of billing/invoicing and stock management. - Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. In addition to the above job details, the job type is full-time. Fluency in English is preferred for this role. The preferred shift availability is the day shift, and the work location is in person.
