FCs should understand their responsibility during emergency. Work towards reach the targets, arranging the stock, analytic skill. Attendance, punctuality, body language, Willingness or commitment towards the work. Convincing the customer to convert sales by guiding on product selection, Closing conversation with the customers, Sale generation.
