Key Responsibilities:Inspect finished and in-process jewelry items for quality issues (scratches, incomplete polishing, loose stones, etc.) Follow the defined QC checklist and quality parameters for each product type. Identify and segregate defective items; record defects and coordinate with relevant departments for rework. Ensure that all approved items meet company quality standards. Maintain daily QC reports, logs, and documentation as per the department’s procedure. Communicate with production, repair, and plating teams regarding quality findings and improvement areas. Assist in random quality audits as required by the Quality Supervisor.
