Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, high-energy Retail Sales Executive to be the face of our store. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their photography needs, and guiding them toward the right gear. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and has a natural curiosity about camera technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers and provide a professional, helpful shopping experience.
• Product Demonstration: Show customers how different cameras and accessories work, highlighting features that match their specific needs.
• Sales Closing: Manage the full sales process at the counter, from product selection to billing and packaging.
• Inventory Management: Ensure the display shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean. Assist in periodic stock counts.
• In-Store Inquiries: Handle phone calls and walk-in queries regarding product availability and pricing.
• Feedback Loop: Share customer insights and popular requests with our procurement team to help us improve our stock.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BMS, BMM, etc.).
• Location: Must be based in Mumbai and able to commute to our retail location daily.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Being able to explain technical gear in simple terms is a big plus.
• Personality: Punctual, reliable, and comfortable standing/moving around the store during business hours.
• Skills: Basic math for billing and familiarity with retail POS systems (or a willingness to learn).

Good to Have (But Not Mandatory)

• Previous experience in electronics or luxury retail.
• A personal interest in photography or filmmaking.
• Knowledge of different camera brands (Sony, Canon, Nikon, etc.) and types of lenses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
