Meta and Google Ads Expert Min 2 years Experience

We’re looking for a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale our advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.
• Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and smart ad placements for maximum ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversions.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
• Solid understanding of PPC strategies, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Pixel setup.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
