RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE – ARTIFICIAL JEWELLERY JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic female Retail Sales Executive to join our artificial jewellery store. You will engage customers, showcase our collection, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. Location: Near Smart Bazaar, Pratiraksha Nagar, Birati, Kolkata, North Dumdum, West Bengal 700051 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Schedule: 6 Days (with rotational week-off) | 10 AM to 10 PM Number of Openings: 2 JOB REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Qualifications: 1–3 years of retail sales experience (jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are considered Only Female Candidates Needed (Male candidates need not apply) Essential Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales-driven with the ability to close deals and upsell effectively POS system proficiency and basic computer skills Professional appearance and work ethic Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and engage customers; understand their needs and preferences Provide product information and guide customers toward suitable purchases Execute upselling and cross-selling to maximize transaction value Process transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally Assist with inventory management and stock control Participate in promotional events and campaigns
