This position serves as a bridge between frontline sales staff and store management. Qualifications 1. Sales & Revenue Performance Achieve and exceed assigned individual and store sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Increase average ticket size through effective upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat and high-value customers to drive loyalty and referrals. 2. Customer Experience Excellence Deliver a consistent luxury retail experience aligned with brand standards. Support team members in meeting individual KPIs and improving conversion ratios. 4. Store Operations & Compliance Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and POS transactions with zero discrepancies. Maintain strict adherence to SOPs related to inventory handling, security, and audits. Coordinate with store management for stock movement, replenishment, and reporting. 5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation Maintain premium store presentation and visual merchandising standards. Ensure safe, organized display and proper care of high-value jewellery items. Support exhibitions, festive promotions, and special sales events. 6. Reporting & Process Improvement Track and report daily sales performance, footfall, and conversion metrics. Identify sales opportunities, customer trends, and operational gaps. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
