Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, supervising site operations, managing material procurement, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. Tasks also include monitoring project timelines, managing teams, resolving site issues, and maintaining collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in site supervision and team management, with attention to quality and safety standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges during site projects.
• Experience with project reporting and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Proficiency in project tools and software related to interior design and construction will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
