About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven inside sales professional to join our team in the health and wellness industry. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalised solutions to help them achieve their wellness goals. Key Responsibilities ●Drive B2C inside sales with a focus on consultative selling. ●Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. ●Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations. ●Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. ●Proactively source new sales opportunities using company-provided leads via calls and emails. ●Engage with potential customers by providing detailed product information and addressing enquiries effectively. ●Drive conversions by closing sales and consistently achieving weekly and monthly targets. ●Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. ●Oversee day-to-day office operations, including inventory management and coordination of tasks. ●Exhibit high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all customer and team interactions.
