As a Store Cluster Manager, your role is crucial in driving sales and business growth by meeting targets, analyzing performance, implementing promotions, and monitoring competitor activity. You will also be responsible for ensuring operations management by adhering to SOPs, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring inventory accuracy, implementing loss prevention measures, and upholding health & safety standards. Your leadership skills will be vital as you lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams, manage staffing, performance, and succession planning. Additionally, you will champion a customer-first culture, resolve complex issues, and ensure consistent service quality. Your contribution to cluster strategy, budget management, and performance reporting to senior leadership will be essential for strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: - Drive cluster-wide sales and business growth - Meet sales targets, analyze performance, implement promotions, and monitor competitor activity - Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and health & safety standards - Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams - Manage staffing, performance, and succession planning - Champion a customer-first culture and ensure consistent service quality - Contribute to cluster strategy, manage budgets, and report performance to senior leadership Qualifications Required: - Extensive retail management experience, preferably in multi-site operations - Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills - Analytical skills for sales data and performance metrics - Knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising, and operations - Ability to travel within the cluster and work collaboratively In this role, you will also be expected to: - Conduct store audits and operational reviews - Oversee staffing and scheduling for multiple locations - Manage budgets and control expenses - Support new store openings and marketing initiatives Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated work location.
