Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities across several dark stores/hubs, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and consistent standards. Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock accuracy, demand forecasting, inbound/outbound movement, and cycle counts to prevent stockouts. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store/hub managers and staff, fostering high performance and a strong culture. Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs (speed, reliability, cost, customer experience) and use data to drive deep dives, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Logistics Efficiency: Ensure efficiency in first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations. Strategy & Growth: Implement sales strategies, drive new product rollouts, and identify opportunities for business expansion. Process Improvement: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and use lean practices (Kaizen) for productivity. Team Leadership: Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, motivate the team, handle grievances, and ensure adherence to company standards and training. Inventory & Stock: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage replenishment, apply FIFO/FEFO (First-In, First-Out/First-Expiry, First-Out), and reduce shrinkage. Delivery Coordination: Schedule riders, optimize routes, provide en-route support, and track performance for timely deliveries. Customer & Issue Resolution: Handle customer escalations, track undelivered orders, investigate non-deliveries, and ensure high CSAT/NPS scores. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare shift reports (attendance, output, issues) and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
