Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Territory Manager to lead and optimize sales and operational activities. This is an on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The responsibilities include developing and executing territory plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, identifying business opportunities, and mentoring the team for enhanced performance. The role also involves actively engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless operational delivery and propose innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Expertise in Team Management, Leadership, and Strategic Planning
• Strong knowledge in Financial Services, Fintech Solutions, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Performance Tracking
• Ability to work effectively on-site and take ownership of territory performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is preferred)
• Familiarity with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's market landscape and customer base
