Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a State Head, located in Indore. The responsibilities of the State Head include leading and managing the business operations within the assigned state, driving revenue growth, and implementing regional strategies to expand the business. The individual will oversee a team, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure strategic alignment with the organization's overall objectives. The role also involves regular monitoring of performance metrics to evaluate success and make necessary improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate large teams
• Strong proficiency in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry with knowledge of digital payments and microfinancing solutions
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a regional or state leadership role is highly desirable
