Sales Staff

• Greeting and Assistance: Warmly welcome customers, offer assistance, and guide them to the desired products.
• Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions, according to several job descriptions.
• Answering Questions: Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
• Product Recommendations: Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Upselling/Cross-selling: Promote additional or related items to enhance the customer's purchase, according to a retail sales executive job description.
• Store Operations:
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock levels.
• Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and follow loss prevention procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,318.96 - ₹20,000.00 per month
