Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals and ensure timely closures. Deliver a professional, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation. Key Qualifications 3–6 years of experience specifically in domestic IT recruitment . Hands-on expertise in Boolean search , sourcing, and screening for a wide range of IT roles. Strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market , industry trends, and competitive landscape. Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently. Excellent communication skills —both verbal and written—with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal teams. Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
