Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with an in-depth understanding of technical and non-technical hiring needs, especially within the oil & gas and manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams on employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support process improvements in talent acquisition to drive efficiency and quality of hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the oil & gas or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
• Proven experience in hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
