Job Description

Role & responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Airline Ticketing & Reservation: Handle end-to-end flight bookings using Amadeus GDS . Process both domestic and international flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Issue, reissue, void, and refund tickets as per airline guidelines. Manage PNRs (Passenger Name Records), queues, fare rules, and special service requests. 2. Fare Calculation & Auditing: Accurately calculate and verify fares, taxes, and markups based on route, airline, and passenger requirements. Apply airline contracts, net fares, and commission structures. Ensure zero errors in fare computation and ticket issuance. 3. Customer Support: Provide support to travel agents or end-customers via phone, email, or chat during night shift hours. Resolve escalations related to bookings, travel documentation, and schedule changes efficiently. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. 4. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with airlines, consolidators, and internal departments for ticketing-related matters. Provide proactive updates regarding flight schedule changes, delays, and cancellations. 5. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all bookings and changes comply with travel policies and industry standards (IATA, DGCA). Maintain accurate records of transactions and reports for audits.
