You are an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter looking to join the team at Fluid 3 infotech in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, and supporting various HR functions. This opportunity is perfect for freshers eager to kickstart their career in HR and recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. You will engage effectively with candidates, maintain the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, collaborate with hiring managers, and support the HR team in various tasks. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any stream, intern experience, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office.
