Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and other relevant technologies.
• Work across the full stack – from front-end to back-end – ensuring seamless integration of components.
• Manage a team of developers; mentor juniors and provide technical guidance.
• Lead and participate in team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client presentations.
• Prepare and present technical reports, status updates, and development documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to meet project requirements.
• Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Technical Requirements:

• Languages & Frameworks:

o Strong expertise in PHP (Core PHP, Laravel, or similar frameworks)
o Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQueryo Experience with React.js or Angular.js (preferred)o Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDBo Good knowledge of RESTful APIs & Web Services

• Version Control: Git, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Server & Hosting: Apache/Nginx, Linux-based deployment

• Other Skills:
AJAX, JSON, MVC architecture, API Integration, Unit TestingSoft Skills & Leadership:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results under tight deadlines
• Experience in client interaction, meetings, and project reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience working in a product-based or fast-paced agency environment
