Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the interview process. Candidate Engagement: Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their career aspirations and skills. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database regularly. Ensure accurate documentation of candidate information and recruitment processes. Reporting and Tracking: Track and report key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, etc. Assist in generating recruitment-related reports for management. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements. Support HR team in other HR-related tasks and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream (HR, Management, Business Administration, etc.). should have intern experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
