Recruitment (60%) Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Conduct campus drives and establish relationships with academic institutions for talent pipeline building. Maintain recruitment reports and stay updated on market trends and best practices. 2. HR Operations & Compliance (40%) Handle the onboarding process and ensure a smooth induction experience for new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.). Support payroll processing, assist in addressing employee grievances, and help resolve day-to-day HR issues.
