Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (4+ Years) Location: Indore/Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in backend (Java, Spring Boot) technologies, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Java (Spring Boot).
• Work with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, DevOps, QA, and Product).
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a backend developer.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular will be a Plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit, Mockito).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Custom Identity Management like Azure B2C.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
