Talent PMO

As a Talent PMO at our organization in Chennai, with 8-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent, Recruitment, and Onboarding teams. You will be responsible for managing talent operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process. Your passion for project coordination, process improvement, and delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience will drive success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing talent-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development. You will support the planning and execution of recruitment and onboarding projects, maintain project records, facilitate communication among internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with the onboarding team to enhance candidate engagement and improve the new hire journey. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment coordination, project management, and strategic HR support will be beneficial. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools are essential. A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment is key to success.
