Your Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent PMO to support our Talent, Recruitment, and Onboarding teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about project coordination, process improvement, and delivering a great candidate and new hire experience. You will assist in managing talent operations, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding initiatives, while supporting the Lead PMO as required.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage talent-related activities across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development
• Support planning and execution of recruitment and onboarding projects, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with recruiters, onboarding specialists, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, process flows, and compliance checklists
• Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates with cross-functional teams
• Support change management efforts related to talent processes
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Maintain documentation for audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to enhance candidate engagement and improve the new hire journey

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment coordination, project management, and strategic HR support
• Exposure to Talent PMO and HR initiatives
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools; familiarity with HR tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
