Key Responsibilities: ∙Lead and mentor a team of Workday integration consultants and developers. ∙Own the full integration lifecycle—from requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, to production go-live. ∙Collaborate with client stakeholders to align business needs with integration strategy and execution. ∙Define and enforce integration best practices, coding standards, and performance tuning. ∙Manage workload distribution, project timelines, and resource planning across multiple concurrent client projects. ∙Lead internal initiatives to improve delivery quality, process efficiency, and automation. ∙Participate in architecture-level discussions and help define future roadmap and innovation opportunities.
