Job Description


We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about wellness, mental health, and building strategic business partnerships.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Admin, and Leadership roles.
  • Prepare tailored business proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated with 1to1Help’s products and service offerings to deliver compelling client conversations.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HR solutions, SaaS, wellness, or EAP-related services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • A keen interest in employee wellness, mental health, and organizational well-being.
