About the Role: We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our Lead Generation team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce them to our company's products/services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads. Identify potential customers and explain our offerings clearly and persuasively. About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and assist in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and basic HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Understand job requirements and prepare clear job descriptions. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams. Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates suitability. Maintain recruitment trackers and reports. Follow up with selected candidates and coordinate onboarding formalities. Role & responsibilities Design, configure, and manage Cisco Firepower firewalls , including: Intrusion Prevention/Detection Systems (IPS/IDS) Site-to-site and remote-access VPNs NAT, ACLs, and security policy enforcement Manage and support Ubiquiti firewall deployments (preferred for EU client environments). Implement Layer 3 networking : VLAN setup, inter-VLAN routing, ACLs. Architect and secure DMZ and layered network security models . Handle ISP handoff & routing including static routes, OSPF/BGP basics, and WAN failover. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network security into overall IT infrastructure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize firewall and network performance. Maintain strong documentation for network designs, configurations, and change management.
