Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our Lead Generation team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce them to our company's products/services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
Identify potential customers and explain our offerings clearly and persuasively.
Capture key information such as client requirements, interest level, and contact details.
Maintain a daily record of calls made and leads generated using CRM or Excel.
Follow up on warm leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets of lead generation and call volumes.
Handle basic queries, objections, and forward complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach on calls at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / outbound calling / lead generation. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Strong communication in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Good listening and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM systems is preferred.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
