Talent Acquisition Executive (Freshers) 📍 Chennai | Onsite | Internship + Full-time About the Role Your Tribe is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at our Chennai office. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment with a 3-month internship program, leading to a full-time role based on performance. Eligibility Criteria 🎓 Any graduate Preferred: BCA, BSC CS, BE, Btech What You’ll Do: Talent Sourcing: Leverage job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to proactively identify and attract top talent. Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements. Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide timely updates, and deliver a smooth recruitment experience. Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. Database Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics. Compliance: Ensure all hiring activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at every step.
