Position: Executive / Sr Executive Retail HR Retail HR (Store Hiring)

Location: Pune

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles (Store Managers, Pharmacists, CSA, etc.).
• Collaborate with store and regional managers to address hiring needs effectively.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance for all new hires.
• Build a robust candidate database to meet current and future demands.
• Monitor hiring metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2-6 years of experience in recruitment (retail/FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹10,252.21 - ₹35,000.00 per month
