Job Description

Domestic Recruiter

Responsibilities

Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on job boards, social media, and colleges.
Source and recruit candidates using databases, networking, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Assess candidates technical skills, communication, and overall fit.
Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships during the hiring process.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as an
IT Recruiter
or in a similar role.
Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
and resume databases.
Experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, structured).
Good understanding of IT requirements and technical skills.
Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
Bachelors degree in
Human Resources / IT / related field
.

Additional Details

Shift Timings:
Rotational (US & UK Shifts).
Note:
US IT staffing experience will be an added advantage.
